BEFORE YOU HIT SEND
Yes. Every single one. We're a tiny team and your message doesn't go into some Zendesk vortex. A human reads it, usually within a day or two, sometimes faster if we're caffeinated.
Usually 2–3 days. If it's urgent, write “URGENT” in the subject and we'll jump on it. If you don't hear back in a week, send another one — we don't take offense, we take blame.
Tell us. AI hallucinates. We'd rather fix it yesterday than let bad info sit. Include the artist name and what's wrong — the more specific, the faster we fix it.
Nope. Our whole thing is fan-powered, merit-based discovery. If you want visibility for an artist you love, fans can boost them — that's the closest thing we offer.
Interesting. We're not actively raising or hiring, but if you've got an idea that'll make this mission go further — finding underrepresented artists, connecting fans to real opportunity — we're all ears.
