The Del Fuegos were an American rock band formed in Boston in 1980, led by brothers Dan and Warren Zanes alongside Tom Lloyd and Steve Morrell, playing garage-style roots rock. They earned a 'Best New Band' honor from Rolling Stone in 1984, signed with Slash Records, released the debut The Longest Day (1984), and moved to Warner Bros. for their second album Boston, Mass. (1985).
