Slaves is a name shared by two distinct acts: an American post-hardcore band formed in Sacramento in 2014 by ex-Dance Gavin Dance/Emarosa vocalist Jonny Craig, and a British punk/rock duo (Isaac Holman and Laurie Vincent) known for their aggressive, guitar-driven sound and breakthrough album 'Are You Satisfied?'. The British duo later renamed themselves Soft Play in 2022 following backlash over the name. The two acts share no members or history.
