I'm a huge Draconian fan and while I do see similarities, this is much more "doom" than Draconian ever was - except maybe on their demos.

Via Gnosis sounded a lot more like Draconian, with Ascending in Triumph they moved to a more death doom sound IMO and became less gothic and Draconian-like.
