Journey is an American rock band formed in San Francisco in 1973 by former members of Santana, the Steve Miller Band, and Frumious Bandersnatch. The band achieved its greatest success with lead singer Steve Perry from 1977–1987, co-writing hits like 'Don't Stop Believin'' and 'Open Arms.' Since 2007, Filipino singer Arnel Pineda has served as lead vocalist, with Neal Schon remaining the sole original member throughout the band's history.
